The Little Theatre Company

The Little Theatre Company Terms and Conditions are as follows:

· Membership fee is not refundable

· Enrolments into classes and workshops are not accepted without payment

· Once an enrolment has been confirmed, no refund is payable except in the events outlined below.

· The workshop is cancelled by The Little Theatre Company; the refund will be given for the class or classes cancelled only.

· Withdrawal due to illness after workshop has commenced. Application will need to be in writing and must be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate.  Refunds will only be made for the portion of workshop not attended.

· Workshops fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of workshop

· As numbers are limited the fee does not guarantee a place in the workshop.

· If workshop places are filled a full refund will be given.

· Absolutely no enrolments will be accepted on the day of beginning of workshops

· We do not take telephone bookings as we require a signature on the enrolment form to indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.

· Any personal information you give to The Little Theatre Company will be collected, used and stored and used solely by The Little Theatre Company.

· The Little Theatre Company does not accept any responsibility for any personal property left at the Centre, nor does it accept any liability for any personal injury, unless such an injury is caused through negligence on the part of a Little Theatre Company employee.
